As we sell live plants, trees, and gardening products, minor leaf damage, wilting, discoloration, soil disturbance, or transit stress are considered normal and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
If you receive a severely damaged, incorrect, or missing product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process any return, refund, or exchange request, customers must provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Unboxing photos/videos
- Photos taken using a
GPS Map Camera Appshowing the date, time, and location
Requests submitted without GPS Map Camera photos may not be considered.
All claims are subject to verification by our support team. Approval of a return, refund, replacement, or exchange is at the sole discretion of Green Formula Landscapers.
