- Shipping/transport charges may vary based on product size, weight, quantity, and delivery location.
- For large plants and heavy items, transportation charges may be collected separately.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and transport/courier service availability.
- Delays caused by courier or transport companies are beyond our control.
- Live plants may experience minor transit stress such as leaf drop, wilting, yellowing, or soil displacement during delivery. This is normal and not considered a defect.
- Upon receiving your order, please open and inspect the package immediately.
- If there is severe damage, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and an unboxing video.

- பொருளின் அளவு, எடை, எண்ணிக்கை மற்றும் டெலிவரி இடத்தைப் பொறுத்து ஷிப்பிங் / போக்குவரத்து கட்டணம் மாறுபடலாம்.
- பெரிய செடிகள் மற்றும் கனரக பொருட்களுக்கு போக்குவரத்து கட்டணம் தனியாக வசூலிக்கப்படலாம்.
டெலிவரி கொள்கை
- உங்கள் இடம், வானிலை மற்றும் போக்குவரத்து / கூரியர் சேவையின் கிடைப்பைப் பொறுத்து டெலிவரி நேரம் மாறுபடலாம்.
- கூரியர் அல்லது போக்குவரத்து நிறுவனங்களால் ஏற்படும் தாமதங்களுக்கு எங்கள் நிறுவனம் பொறுப்பல்ல.
